Common questions about our additional services.
They can be. The allied health assessments we offer (psychosocial FCAs, psychology, social work and continence assessments) can be accessed independently of a positive behaviour support service, though many participants access them alongside one.
Yes. All of our services require an active NDIS plan with relevant funding in place. If you’re unsure whether a participant’s plan includes the right funding category, contact us and we’ll help you identify the options.
Each service is delivered by a qualified professional with experience in the relevant discipline, holding the appropriate qualifications and registration to provide NDIS-funded services in their field. You can read about our team on the Our Practitioners page.
Yes. Support Coordinators are a primary referral source for these services, and the referral process is the same as for our PBS work. Submit through our referral form and we’ll respond within 24 hours on business days.
Timelines vary by assessment type and the complexity of the participant’s situation. We’ll give you an indicative timeframe at the point of referral or enquiry, based on the specific service required.
Where the assessment type permits, some components can be conducted via telehealth, particularly initial information-gathering and follow-up. Where in-person attendance is required, we’ll discuss options for participants in regional WA.
