24-hour response, no waitlist
We respond to every referral within 24 hours, on business days, and your client isn’t left waiting. You can refer today knowing they’ll be picked up, not parked.
Services
When you refer a client, you're putting your professional reputation on the line. A provider who's slow to respond, sits your client on a waitlist, or sends back a participant they've decided is too complex reflects on you, not just them. You need a behaviour support provider you can refer to with confidence. That's what we are.
Refer a client now
When you refer a client to a behaviour support provider, you’re vouching for them. If that provider doesn’t respond, or hands your client back as too complex, it’s your client who waits and your judgement that’s questioned.
We understand that.
Our 24-hour response commitment, no waitlist, and zero NDIS audit non-conformities mean your client gets seen quickly and supported properly. They’re also the practical assurances that make a referral to us one you can stand behind.

We make the referral process straightforward and the outcomes reliable. Here’s what you can count on.
We respond to every referral within 24 hours, on business days, and your client isn’t left waiting. You can refer today knowing they’ll be picked up, not parked.
We accept referrals across the full range of complexity, including high-risk, forensic, and acute mental health presentations that many providers decline. You won’t have your client handed back.
Positive behaviour support is all we do. Every clinician, every process, and every report is built around PBS expertise, so your client gets specialist support, not a generalist’s side service.
Our documentation, reporting, and restrictive-practice compliance are consistently audit-ready, so referring to us doesn’t add risk to your client’s file or your own.
Low turnover means your client builds a relationship with a practitioner who stays, rather than restarting with someone new each plan period. Continuity that holds is continuity you can rely on.
Our reports and Letters of Recommendation review the participant’s entire NDIS plan, not just the behaviour support component. We identify and recommend funding across all support categories, a value-add you can pass on to participants and guardians.
Submitting a referral takes minutes. Here’s what happens next.
You submit the referral
Send through the participant’s details and NDIS plan via our referral form. Not sure if behaviour support funding is in the plan? Refer anyway, and we’ll help work out the funding pathway.
We review and respond within 24 hours
We review the participant’s current needs, goals, support environment, and available funding, then come back to you within 24 hours. If we need more detail to match the right clinician, we’ll ask.
We match the right clinician
We match your client with a practitioner suited to their needs, preferences, location, and complexity. Getting the fit right early is a big part of why our support holds over the long term.
We confirm and get started
We confirm the pathway and the service agreement, keep you informed, and begin. From there you’ll have a provider who communicates clearly and keeps you updated through the plan period.
Most behaviour support reports stop at behaviour support. Ours don’t.
When we assess a participant, our reports and Letters of Recommendation look across their whole NDIS plan and recommend funding where it’s genuinely needed, not just in the behaviour support category.
For you, that means a referral that delivers more than a plan. It gives participants and guardians a clearer, better-evidenced case at their next reassessment, and it positions you as the coordinator who connected them with a provider who looked at the whole picture.
We take referrals across the full range of NDIS participants, including the clients other providers find difficult to place:
Support Coordinators refer to us because we make their job easier, not harder. Here's what they say about working with us.
We had the best services from Faith and Rex from Target Behaviour Support. They were reachable when we needed them and they gave us clear working behaviour strategies on how our team could be efficient. Their reports were timeous and above all they have been consistent. I recommend their services anytime.
We have had the pleasure of working with Faith... and her professionalism, clinical insight, and consistency have been outstanding. She communicates clearly, works collaboratively with support teams, and always keeps the participant’s needs at the centre of her practice.
I have had consistently excellent experiences with Target. They always go above and beyond for their participants and bring a genuine, person centred approach to every single situation. They collaborate so professionally. Communication is clear, timely, and focused on achieving the best outcomes - every time.
From the very start, the support has been outstanding, and our whole family is genuinely happy with how things are going. We really appreciate the dedication and the clear communication, and the difference it's made in such a short time has been remarkable. It's reassuring to finally feel this well looked after.
We've achieved more in just a few months than we managed with our previous providers in years. The commitment and care really stand out, and it's been wonderful to watch the progress and the trust that's been built with our family. They genuinely go above and beyond, and we're so grateful for it.
They're always quick to respond when we reach out, and so understanding and supportive with it. They keep the person at the centre of everything and stay flexible whenever our needs change. Having someone this easy to work with has made a real difference.
Everything you need to know before submitting a referral.
The key information you can provide upfront is the participant’s name, date of birth, NDIS number, a description of the behaviours of concern, and their current support arrangements. Any previous assessments or reports, and the participant’s NDIS plan if available, help us move quickly. You can upload these directly through our referral form.
We respond to all referrals within 24 hours, on business days. Once a referral is accepted, we issue a service agreement within 24 hours and begin the clinician-matching process.
