Funding can be one of the most confusing parts of the NDIS. Positive behaviour support is usually funded through an active plan, and if you're not sure what's available or how to access it, we'll sit down and talk it through with you.
Lasting change starts with understanding why a behaviour is happening. Our careful, evidence-based assessment looks at what's triggering a behaviour and what it's communicating – the foundation everything else is built on for personalised support.

We support clients across Perth metro and selected regional WA locations. Telehealth also allows us to work with families and referrers in rural and remote areas where specialist Positive Behaviour Support can be harder to access.

Yes. Our services are for NDIS participants, so you or your family member / client will need an active NDIS plan. If the current plan doesn’t include behaviour support funding, please get in touch. We can explain your options and, where appropriate, provide a Letter of Recommendation to support a plan review.
An enquiry is an initial conversation – a chance for families, carers, or Support Coordinators to ask questions and check we’re the right fit before committing to anything. A referral is the formal request to begin support, usually made with the participant’s NDIS plan details.
We respond to every enquiry and referral within 24 hours on business days. Once a referral is received and accepted, we issue a service agreement within 24 hours and begin matching the participant with the right clinician.
No. We don’t operate a waitlist, because when someone needs support, waiting isn’t good enough. Referrals are responded to within 24 hours, with a service agreement to follow, so support can begin without delay.
Anyone involved in the participant’s support can get in touch, including families and carers, Support Coordinators, GPs, allied health professionals, and guardians. Whether you’re making a formal referral or just starting with a question, we’ll guide you through what happens next.

We sponsor six children through Children International: Evelin and Paule in Ecuador, Matthew and Comfort in Zambia, and Fatima and Genesis in Guatemala.
Through sponsorship, they have the essentials every child deserves: regular nutritious meals, medical and dental care, vaccinations, and an education. They also have a place at Children International’s centres, where they can explore books, use computers, and take part in programs that build their confidence and their plans for the future.
